Caprese Salad Bites

It's almost that warm time of year (even though it's cold here) for yummy and cool caprese salad. Here I have easy to make caprese bites. I have a wonder member of one of my churches who let me raid her garden for fresh basil, and these were amazing. I can't wait for Summer!

Caprese Bites
Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
Fresh Mozzarella
Balsamic Reduction
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Layer tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella on tooth picks. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic. Salt and Pepper to taste.
You can purchase reduced balsamic, or make it your self. All you need is your preferred balsamic. Heat on low/med stove top in a sauce pan until thick. Keep an eye on it, balsamic can burn easily. Enjoy!
